Gross sqm of new foundation works c. 86 sqm, with c. 40 sqm of ground bearing footpath slab. Works to include: Demolition of existing perimeter footpath,minor amount of facade stonework Excavation to indicated depths and bearing substrate (rock) Modification of existing foul drain line Protection of existing foul line and below ground heating pipework from existing boiler to existing house installation of Footings,Hardcore/blinding layer Radon/DPM membrane, insulation, blockwork and slab, all to design drawings Provide extra over for installation of UFH pipework, and installation as part of a single our slab, or two part structural slab and screed.
